The cottage
La Poncia is almost on the edge of Lake Como. It is located some 50 meters from the water and (pebble) beaches are nearby. The large window in the living room has a wonderful view on the lake.
The cottage consists of two parts: the main residence and the cantina. There is also a parking area, with space for one large or two small cars. In the garden you can relax on the covered terrace, near the well or in front of the cantina.
Main residence
The main residence consists of two floors. On the upper floor there is a bathroom, a bedroom and small room that can serve as a children's bedroom. In the bedroom is a divisible double bed and in the children's bedroom, 2 children can sleep. The bathroom has a bath with shower and toilet. This floor is connected to the main floor via a spiral staircase. On the ground floor are the kitchen and the living room, and the entrance to the cottage. The living room has a sofa bed for 1 person. The kitchen is equipped with a six-person dining table, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Currently, there is no internet available at the cottage.
Cantina
Finally there is the cantina. It previously served as storage, but now it is converted into a guest house with a bedroom and living area. The cantina also has a private bathroom and a private entrance. The cantina is not directly connected to the main residence. In the sleeping area at the back of the cantina, there is a double bed and a basin/sink. Here you will also find a bathroom with toilet and shower. In the front part of the cantina is the living area, which also has a one-person sofa bed.
